Prof. Jin H. Yan

严进洪,男,美国行为学博士(1996)和博士后(1997),深圳大学认知科学与脑疾病中心教授。研究领域是行为科学研究方法,认知能力与技能行为,实验心理,大脑神经系统对行为控制和学习的关系,老人行为,老人智慧障碍痴呆的行为诊断和治疗, 帕金森行为控制,心理健康。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇。在行为学、老人医学和脑科学等领域权威杂志发表了20余篇论文,总影响因子超过100,被SCI刊物他引200余次。其中关于动作发展的认知神经和生物力学论述,被老人教科书(Physical Dimensions of Aging)多次引用。前期研究结果为今后研究项目的开展提供了理论和方法基础。认知和行为老化影响老人在动作技能学习中有效利用视觉动作反馈。认知行为老化、信息反馈作用和脑对动作控制的机制三方面的相互作用可以解释老人动作学习能力退化。有关认知老化的研究对我们探讨技能学习功能老化有直接理论意义。其结果对老人技能学习和功能改善 (如提高视觉注意力、学习平衡技能、预防跌倒、稳定行走、使用辅助器械和维持生活独立等) 和神经动作疾病的康复治疗 (如中风病人,帕金森和痴呆病人的行为物理治疗),有着潜在临床应用意义。

演讲内容:儿童技能训练和身体素质发展的新方向

 

The most important function of our brains is to control our daily and motor behaviors, namely actions. Many factors influence motor skill development and physical abilities: physical development, motor experience, brain development, and motor skill learning. Movement, activity and sport are three different but interrelated concepts. Movement is the smallest concept and should b improved first. Activity includes many different movements or actions; Sports, of course, includes all movements and activities, particularly in sporting settings. During the corresponding developments of motor skill and physical capacities, our brain regions will undergo many changes and be activated, and send motor commands to control our body and limbs when performing sport skills. Structural and functional plasticity would  happen during motor physical training and skill learning. Therefore, the purpose of motor skill training is not only to improve children’s physical capacities or conditioning, but rather develop their skill learning and execution in many different contexts. By doing this, we can reach our long-term goal, which is to enhance children's motor development and brain function.
